1. Photosynthetic bacteria (aerobic and anaerobic). Such as photosynthetic bacteria and cyanobacteria. It is an independent nutritive microorganism, which contains more than 60% protein and a variety of vitamins. It also contains coenzyme Q10, antiviral substance and growth promoting factor. It's light and heat to soil acceptance for the energy, the sulfur in the soil hydrogen separation of hydrogen and hydrocarbons, harmful substances into harmless substance, and the plant roots secretion, the soil organic matter and harmful gases (h2s, etc.) and carbon dioxide, nitrogen as the substrate, such as synthetic sugars, amino acids, vitamins, nitrogen compounds, antiviral substances and physiological active substances, etc., is the main force of fertile soil, and promote the growth of plants and animals. The metabolites of photosynthetic bacteria can be directly absorbed by plants and become nutrients for other microorganisms to reproduce. If photosynthetic bacteria proliferate, so do other beneficial microorganisms. For example, VA mycorrhizal bacteria feed on amino acids secreted by photosynthetic bacteria, which can not only dissolve insoluble phosphorus, but also co-exist with nitrogen-fixing bacteria, thus doubling its nitrogen-fixing ability.

2. Lactic acid bacteria (anaerobic type). It was dominated by Lactobacillus acidophilus. It forms lactic acid by ingesting sugars produced by photosynthetic bacteria and yeast. Lactic acid has a strong bactericidal ability, which can effectively inhibit the activities of harmful microorganisms and the rapid decomposition of organic decomposition. Lactic acid bacteria can decompose lignin and cellulose, which are not easy to decompose under normal conditions, and decompose organic matter by fermentation. Lactic acid bacteria can also inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria caused by continuous cropping barriers. When pathogens are active, harmful nematodes increase dramatically and the plant becomes weak. When lactic acid bacteria suppress the pathogens, harmful nematodes gradually disappear.

3. Yeast flora (facultative anaerobic type). It USES the secretions produced by plant roots, amino acids, sugars and other organic substances synthesized by photosynthetic bacteria to produce fermentation power, and synthesizes the active substances that promote root growth and cell division. Yeast in the EM dew provides an important provision for the substrate (food) needed to promote the proliferation of other effective microorganisms such as lactobacillus and actinomycetes. In addition, yeast produced single-celled protein is an indispensable nutrient for animals.
