Mechanism of action

After the original SOLUTION of EM bacteria infiltrates into the water, its population effect can kill or inhibit pathogenic microorganisms and harmful substances, adjust the breeding ecological environment, increase the dissolved oxygen (oxygen) in the water, promote the activation and growth of normal bacteria and beneficial algae in the breeding ecological system, and maintain the ecological balance of the breeding water. Mix with bait to feed, directly enhance the absorption function of fish and disease resistance, promote robust growth. The photosynthetic bacteria in EM bacteria can also use hydrogen sulfide, organic acid, ammonia and amino acids in the water to remove ammonium nitrite in the denitrification process, so as to purify the excreta and residual bait pollution in the breeding pond, improve the water quality and reduce fish disease. The main functions are:

1. Reduce pathogenic microorganisms and undesirable algae, significantly enhance the immunity and disease resistance of the breeding objects, reduce the incidence of disease and improve the survival rate. According to the feedback from users, the survival rate of crab seedling increased by nearly twice with THE ORIGINAL EM fungus solution, and the survival rate of Chinese grouper increased from 30% to more than 70%.

2. Increase the number of beneficial microorganisms. The number of zooplankton and beneficial algae on the surface of the water, especially red worms, is increasing.

3, stable and improve water quality, fresh water color, no odor, no rot, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and other odors, visibility in 25-50cm long and more stable, water change time can be extended by more than 2 times.

5. Promote growth and increase weight gain rate significantly. It has been proved in practice that under the same environment, after using EM bacterial stock solution, it can be put on the market 10-15 days in advance, the average yield per mu increases 20%-35%, the spawning amount increases 25%, and the spawning time extends. Some experiments showed that the egg-laying time was extended by 70 days after the EM liquid was used in the tank at room temperature, and the hatching rate was better, the bait did not smell, and the breeding environment was improved. The weight of the fish fry in a farm in the outskirts of Beijing was twice that of the control group, while the weight gain rate of a college in Xiamen reached 166.7 percent in a small area prawn breeding experiment.

Method of use

Generally speaking, three liters of EM bacterial stock solution is diluted with water and then sprayed onto the water surface and treated bait for feeding according to the required proportion.

1. Application of EM bacterial stock solution to four fish

Pond treatment: one week before the pond is filled with water, use 100-300 times of EM bacteria diluent and EM bacteria liquid to make pest control liquid instead of lime, bleach powder and other uniform spraying, disinfection and purification of the pond. 2.5 kg EM probiotic liquid/mu.

(2) Water purification: 3-10 days before stocking, splash the water surface with EM dilution. Depending on the water quality, it should be used once in 15 days at the beginning and once in a month later. In areas with poor water quality, the splashing time should be shortened appropriately. In order to spray evenly, the EM bacteria solution should be diluted first and then used (the spraying effect is the best when it rains). Less than 1.5 m 1 kg of bacterial liquid/mu.

Fish feed treatment: because the fish feed is granular, can be used 50-200 times the EM fungus dilution solution spraying bait, spraying wet degree, immediately feeding, so as not to spread.

Prevention and treatment of fish diseases: if the phenomenon of floating head and pond occurs, diluent of EM bacteria can be used to evenly splash the water surface, which can be improved within 3-5 hours and the fish can return to normal. After 1-2 days can be poured 1-2 times. Individual fungal fish disease, bacterial enteritis, rotted gill disease, printing disease, etc., can be out of the sick fish, use EM bacteria solution 10-50 times directly wipe the lesion, or use EM bacteria solution 100-150 times diluent soak the sick fish (until the fish appear slightly floating head stop), a few days later can be cured.

2. The method of EM bacterial stock solution is used for fish culture in cages in large lakes and reservoirs

(1) Pre-stocking treatment: before the fish species are released, the water surface should be cleared. During pond cleaning, the insect-control liquid made of EM germ liquid mixed with water 50-100 times directly sprinkle the spawning ground of fierce fish or wild fish, destroy the breeding and growth environment, and control the population.

3, special aquatic products (prawns, turtles, eels, osmanthus, etc.) application of EM bacteria solution method

(1) Environmental treatment: one week before the pond water is released, spray lime and bleach powder evenly with 10 times EM bacteria diluent and EM bacteria liquid repellent instead. 2.5 kg of bacterial liquid/mu.

Three to six days before stocking, sprinkle the water surface with 100 times of EM bacteria dilution (the amount of EM bacteria liquid depends on the water quality, generally less than 1.5 meters, 1 kg bacteria liquid/mu). In areas with poor water quality, the sprinkling time should be shortened appropriately. Green is preferred for water quality.

(2) Water quality regulation method (eel pool): 2 times a day for high density water pool, it is not suitable for direct and even into the pool, but should be splashed in the aerator side or inlet, so that the EM bacteria liquid microorganism continuous flow diffusion, in order to decompose harmful substances, waste materials and achieve as soon as possible stable water quality. It is advisable to sprinkle 1kg to 2kg of EM fungus diluent after each water change.

(3) the processing of fish feed: add the EM fungus stock liquid into 100 times diluent water, and the powder feed together stir evenly, into a group feeding. The moisture content is about 40-55%(depending on how dry and wet the feed is).

In the tank feeding fresh animal feed, the feeding materials can be crushed first, mixed with artificial feed and 100 times dilution of EM bacterial stock solution.

Feeding table treatment: Check the feeding table before each feeding, purify the feeding table with 200-500 times EM bacteria dilution solution, and clean the feeding table residue feeding.

Feed processing: spray and clean tools such as agitator, ground and surrounding walls with 200-500 times diluted EM bacteria stock solution to ensure the health of the bait.

4,In the fresh water tank of aquatic products, spray 1000 times EM fungus diluent once every 1-2 days, which can effectively prolong the fresh period of aquatic products and keep the skin color (phosphorus) bright and clean.

Iv. Precautions for the use of EM bacterial solution in aquaculture

(1) To make EM bacteria solution in aquaculture to achieve significant results, should be used in a continuous supporting. That is, while making various feeding materials with EM bacterial stock solution, spray the dry tank and water surface with EM bacterial stock solution diluent as required.

(2) can not be used with various kinds of antibiotics and antimicrobial drugs at the same time (if you must, should be between 4-6 days), special aquaculture, especially if a mixture, not only can't exert EM bacteria concentrate function effectively, and can cause the water smell, appear this kind of circumstance, want to change water immediately, then according to the technical requirements with EM bacteria concentrate feed feeding and diluent spraying.
