Note: Test animals: 600 shrimps; Bacillus spp. added: control group (group C): no addition, group BL1: 105 CFU/g, group BL2: 107 CFU/g, group BL3: 109 CFU/g; test period: 28 days.

The present study showed that the reference dosage of 105 CFU/g could significantly promote the growth of shrimp and improve its immunity and disease resistance; in the case of serious diseases, the dosage could be increased to 107 CFU/g to further improve the non-specific immunity.When the disease is serious, the dosage can be increased to 107 CFU/g to further improve the non-specific immunity of shrimp.

The most significant growth-promoting effect on potato leaf tomato was achieved when Brevibacillus laterosporus and bio-organic fertilizer were applied at 1:200, the concentration of Brevibacillus laterosporus was 7.5 kg/hm2. The results of the study showed that the combined application of Brevibacillus laterosporus and organic fertilizer could effectively improve the performance of plant height, stem thickness, leaf length, leaf width and other traits of potato leaf tomato, and promote the thriving growth of potato leaf tomato, thus increasing its yield.

The test crop was potato leaf tomato (Jiatian No. 3); the microbial agent was Brevibacillus laterosporus, which was conserved by the Agricultural Microbial Strain Conservation and Management Center of China (ACCC). The concentration of the microbial agent was 1.0×1010CFU/g (10 billion/g). Test time: 20 months.

Scope of use

Usage and dosage

1. Dosage in feed supplementation

Add 100-150g/ton of feed into pellet, or add it evenly into basic diet or mix it with water for direct drinking (soluble carrier).

2. Dosage in aquaculture

Add 0.15-3.00g/m3 to water and sprinkle evenly, use once in 10-15 days. In case of serious deterioration of water quality, it can be doubled and used once every 5-7 days.
